Are you Ravenous for Rhubarb yet? We can help if you are and we can help make you if you aren’t. The Annual Ravenous for Rhubarb Festival takes place the second weekend in June.
Kick things off with live music Friday night at Coldstream Distillery.
Before you go into the Legion for breakfast on Saturday morning check the schedule to see what other activities are going on for the day.
Many of the businesses are offering specials for the weekend, so be sure to drop by to check out the bargains. Perhaps you should pick up some sugar for your entry in Foodland’s pie baking contest. You may want to time that with the ham and potato supper at the Stewiacke LifePoint Baptist Church that takes place Saturday night.
Sunday you should definitely hit up the Annual Flaunt and Flash Car Show at Mastodon Ridge and see all the beautiful rides!! Come early and enjoy live music and a wide variety of eats and treats.
This is a great way to kick off the warm weather and a good chance to try new rhubarb recipes, so come out and join us at all, or some, of the delicious events.
