When can I expect my tax bill?
All property owners and businesses will receive property tax bills for the current year as follows:
- Interim Tax Bill is issued on April 30th and payment is due by May 30th The Interim Tax Bill is based on 50% of the Assessed Taxed Value. Changes will not be reflected until the Final Tax bill in August.
- Final Tax Bill is issued August 31st and payment is due September 30
When can I expect my Water Bill?
Water bills are sent out quarterly: March, June, September and December

What is the Difference Between My Tax Account # and Utility #?
Your Utility # will always have a decimal at the end with two more digits following the decimal.
Example: Utility # 12345.00 or 12345.01 Utility never starts with a zero
Tax # 0012345 tax account usually has zeros in the front with no decimal
Please ensure when using online banking to pay your bills, that you are choosing the correct bill, either utility or tax, and ensure the account number is for the correct account as it appears on your bill. When setting up online banking and it does not allow you to set up the utility number with the decimal, just leave out the decimal but ensure to put the full number with the numbers after the decimal.
Example: Utility # on bill is 12345.00 and bank will not accept the decimal, enter as 1234500
