What is the Difference Between My Tax Account # and Utility #?

Your Utility # will always have a decimal at the end with two more digits following the decimal.

Example:       Utility # 12345.00 or 12345.01      Utility never starts with a zero

Tax #    0012345   tax account usually has zeros in the front with no decimal

Please ensure when using online banking to pay your bills, that you are choosing the correct bill, either utility or tax, and ensure the account number is for the correct account as it appears on your bill. When setting up online banking and it does not allow you to set up the utility number with the decimal, just leave out the decimal but ensure to put the full number with the numbers after the decimal.

Example:       Utility # on bill is 12345.00 and bank will not accept the decimal, enter as 1234500
